Terms of sale

Who you're buying from
NOMAX Pokemon (PokemonPack) is a small card shop based in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our shipping policy and our returns policy. Contests and prize-wheel spins given as prizes follow our official contest rules.
Prices
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Stripe may offer to let you pay in your own currency; if you choose that, Stripe does the conversion. Pack prices are fixed. Vault single prices follow the market and can change from day to day. Sale prices on Vault singles last until the end date shown on the card. You pay the price shown in checkout. No tax is added at checkout. Shipping is free to Canada and the United States and half price everywhere else (see our shipping policy).
Your order
An order is confirmed when your payment goes through and you get our confirmation email. The cards you picked are held for you for 30 minutes while you pay. If another buyer pays for a card first, we'll ask you to pick a different one before you pay.
All sales are final
All sales are final, Vault singles included. Each card's condition is listed and its price reflects it. If we find a card isn't in its listed condition when we pack your order, we'll contact you before it ships. If we can't find a card you picked, we'll email you to pick a substitute. See our returns policy for the details.
Mistakes
If we list a card with an obviously wrong price or description, or it turns out we can't fill your order, we can cancel it and refund you in full. We'll email you if that happens.
Fair play
To keep things fair for everyone, we limit how many checkouts can be open at once and may block automated or abusive use of the shop.
The Wanted board (community rules)
The Wanted board lets collectors with a pokemonpack.com account list cards they're looking for, or their own buylist, and lets anyone contact them through a form we pass on by email. NOMAX Pokemon doesn't buy, sell, hold, check or ship anything traded between collectors, isn't a party to those trades and can't vouch for anyone on the board. You trade at your own risk: meet in a public place, use tracked shipping or PayPal Goods & Services, check the cards before you pay, and never send money to someone you can't verify.
- Post only Pokémon cards you really want or buy, at prices you mean. No other goods, no fakes or proxies, no advertising, no links, no email addresses or phone numbers in posts (people reach you through the form).
- Use a nickname. Don't pretend to be NOMAX Pokemon or anyone else. Give a city or region only, never a street address.
- Be polite in messages. No spam, scams, threats, harassment or asking for personal or payment details you don't need.
- Up to 5 open posts and 50 cards per collector; posts come down after 60 days unless you renew them. Mark a post found or delete it when you're done.
- By posting you agree to get other collectors' messages about your post by email, from us. Close or delete your post to stop them.
- We may hide any post, and block anyone from the board, at our discretion, for example after a report. Use the Report button or email us about anything that looks wrong.
Liability
If something goes wrong with an order, the most we'll owe you is the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Ontario consumer protection law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
