Every order ships from Kingston, Ontario, Canada, packed in a protective envelope.
When it ships
Within 3 business days of your payment. We email you when it's on the way, with a tracking number if the parcel has one.
Cost
Shipping is free to Canada and the United States. Everywhere else pays half our postage cost, charged once per order. Every 3 Vault singles count as one pack.

How long it takes
Orders go by Canada Post regular mail, which has no tracking. Usual delivery times after we ship: Canada 2 to 7 business days, United States 5 to 10 business days, everywhere else 1 to 3 weeks.
If it doesn't arrive
If your order hasn't arrived 15 business days after we ship it (30 for outside Canada and the US), email us. We'll send replacement cards of equal value or refund the order.
Customs and import fees
Orders outside Canada may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. Those are the buyer's responsibility.
Address
Please double-check your address in checkout. If an order comes back to us because of a wrong address, we'll reship it once you cover the new postage.
