How it works
- Sign in with your email in My orders & rewards. We send you a link; there's no password.
- Get credits. Buy a credit pack, join the membership (C$5 a month, 300 credits every month), or earn them when you buy cards.
- Use our AI agents. Pick "Ours" instead of pasting a key. Each build or hunt takes the credits for what the AI used, and you see the count after every run.

What things cost in credits
1 credit = 1 cent (C$0.01) of what the AI really costs us. We don't add anything on top when you use it: what we earn is in the pack price. A short request costs less than a big one.

A whole build or hunt is rounded up to the next credit once, not every step. Every step has a cap, so a single request can't run away with your credits. Web searches cost the most, so the Deal Hunter costs more than a build. These are estimates; the real count shows after each run.
Earn credits when you buy cards
Every C$1 you spend on packs and cards earns 2 credits (shipping doesn't count). Some packs earn more:

Questions
Do I still need my own API key?
No. With Agents Plus the agents run on our AI account and take credits instead. If you already have a key, you can keep using it for free: bringing your own key stays free and isn't going away.
Do I need the membership?
No. Anyone signed in with credits can use them. The membership is a top-up that comes by itself: C$5 a month for 300 credits, plus the "member" label on your account.
What is a credit worth?
One credit is one cent (C$0.01) of what the AI really costs us, turned from US dollars into Canadian dollars at the Bank of Canada rate. We add nothing on top when you use it. What we earn is in the pack price: C$5 buys 300 credits, which is C$3 of AI.
Which AI does "ours" use?
Claude Haiku, by Anthropic. If Anthropic is down or busy, Google's Gemini answers instead, so your build doesn't stop. Each AI is charged at its own real price; Gemini can cost a little more. We may switch models as better or cheaper ones come out; the count after each run always shows what was used.
What happens when I run out?
The agent stops before a new step and asks you to top up. You're never charged more than the credits you have.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire, whether you bought them or earned them. If you cancel the membership, your credits stay in your account.
Do I need an account to earn reward credits?
No. Every paid order earns credits under the email on the order, account or not. Sign in with that email to see them and use them.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel any time. You keep the membership until the end of the month you paid for. No partial refunds: all sales are final, like everything else in the shop.
What do you keep about my builds?
We send your request to the AI company so it can answer. We keep only the credit count, the token numbers and which AI answered, not your deck or your questions. We never sell your data.
